Initial Session - Complimentary
20 minute initial phone call to discuss your personal goals.
Private Session - Individual
Individual 60 minute Private Yoga session
Focus of each session will be curated based on the client's goals via the initial phone consult
$75 single session. Multi-session packages available.
SPECIAL INTRO PRICING: $50 single session.
Private Session - Small Group
Small Group (2-6 people) 60 minute Private Yoga session
Focus of session will be discussed prior to the event.
$100 single session. Multi-session packages available.
SPECIAL INTRO PRICING: $75 single session
Large Group / Corporate Yoga
30, 45, or 60 minute yoga session based on any of the following styles:
- Chair Yoga
- Breathing Techniques / Stress management
- Restorative Yoga
- Slow flow Yoga
